If you are intending to use Wills No Frills,

please note:

• Our product is not intended to replace the need to see a Solicitor if you have more complex wishes or if you want legal advice.
• If you own businesses or have complex assets structures — Wills No Frills may not be right for you
• You are not given legal advice.
• Wills No Frills creates simple Wills that are worded correctly
• If you need complex Will (including testamentary trusts, rights of occupation, conditional gifts — then Wills No Frills may not be for you) and we instead invite you to make an appointment for a traditional Will
• If you purchase a simple Will with us and then change your mind or decide that you need a more complex Will, no refund will be given, but we will apply a credit of $150 towards the cost of an appointment with Jess at Jess Bourke Legal to obtain a more complex Will.
• Wills No Frills Wills are checked by an Aussie Solicitor Jess Bourke before they are sent out to you
• Once a draft Will is sent to you, you can request small amendments or typos within 6 months of it being provided to you (but changes to instructions, major revisions, changes after 6 months will require a new submission and full fee)
• Superannuation does not automatically form part of your estate. If you wish to gift your super in your Will, you also need to make a Binding Death Nomination with your super fund appointing your Legal Personal Representative as your 100% beneficiary.
• If you own a property as joint tenants, the property will pass to the surviving tenant if you die first - regardless of what is in your Will. If you do not want this - then you will also need to engage a Solicitor/conveyancer to sever the tenancy and provide you with legal advice. We take no liability if you fail to do this and your will therefore does not have the desired effect. We do not do title searches to check how you hold assets or provide advice in our budget "no frills" service.
